WAUKESHA- - Waukesha County Sheriffâs Department has issued a press release stating that the investigation into the Roundyâs Distribution Center shooting in March has been closed. âWe have not determined a clear motive as to why these incidents took place,â the release states. On March 16, Roundyâs employee Fraron Cornelius went into his workplace and fatally shot employees Kevin Kloth and Kevin Schneider. Cornelius then fled into Milwaukee County and took his own life at the end of the police pursuit. âWe understand this was a difficult time for all that were involved,â the release states. âWe want to reassure everyone that detectives interviewed family members, friends, hundreds of Roundyâs employees and community members. ....

Police said they have not yet been able to identify a motive for the shootings. The Waukesha County Sheriff’s Department and City of Oconomowoc Police Department are actively following up on any motives and have exhausted all investigative methods. Two days after the shootings, Waukesha County Sheriff Eric Severson urged patience at a news conference. It’s important to the families, it’s important to Roundy’s employees, it’s important to the community, it’s important to us to try to find answers to why something like this happens, Severson said. WAUKESHA- The Waukesha County Sheriff’s Office is asking for anyone with first-hand knowledge regarding last month’s shooting at the Roundy’s warehouse in Oconomowoc to come forward with that information. Police say an employee shot and killed two co-workers at the work site before fleeing and taking his own life near the Wauwatosa/Milwaukee border. The victims have been identified as 39-year-old Kevin Schneider and 51-year-old Kevin Kloth.
