An Internal Revenue Service whistleblower testified that First Son Hunter Biden received almost $5 million in loans for personal expenses, and attempted to avoid paying taxes on income he made from Ukrainian energy company Burisma. The claims came from IRS agent Joseph Ziegler, who told the House Ways and Means Committee in closed-door testimony.
