The mural honoring victims of the Key Bridge collapse has been stored in a Locust Point warehouse in hopes that a permanent home is found.
There will be road closures, commercial vehicle restrictions and traffic modifications for New Year's Eve festivities.
All lanes are closed on I-95 Northbound past Exit 55 (Key Highway) for a jackknifed tractor trailer, according to a tweet from MDTA.
