Man allegedly suffered head injuries while dismantling oil well
HOUSTON — A former Basic Energy Services employee claims he was struck in the head and suffered injuries while attempting to dismantle a well. Joshua Lackey filed a complaint Jan. 25 in Harris County District Court against Key Rig Energy Services Inc., and James Stein alleging liability.
