Prosecutors charged Akinkugbe, 17, 568 Westchester Lane, Lafayette, on Wednesday as an adult, accusing him of robbery, theft, resisting law enforcement, false informing and possession of marijuana. View Comments LAFAYETTE, Ind. — Daniel Atwell tried to deliver pizzas to 3088 Keyes Court in Romney Meadows about 10:35 p.m. Tuesday, but he was being set up for a robbery, police said. As he knocked on the apartment door, a 17-year-old boy ran around the corner of the building and hit Atwell in the head with an object, according to Lafayette police. Atwell's attacker claimed he had a gun and demanded the deliveryman's money and the pizzas, which Atwell gave him, police said.
