The 23-year-old had spent the night drinking in pubs in Eastleigh town centre in the hours leading up to his death on March 10, 2019. Kieran Hobbs, 31, has been accused of manslaughter and stands trial at Salisbury Crown Court. He denies the charge against him. Giving evidence on Monday, Forensic Pathologist, Dr Deborah Cook, said that following a post-mortem examination no drugs were found in Bhatti’s system. However, alcohol was present. A toxicology report showed that he had 306mgs of alcohol in 100ml of blood. ....
