Frank Harris is charged with murder and aggravated vehicular hijacking in the death of 73-year-old Keith Cooper.

Frank Harris, 18, and a 17-year-old, are facing murder charges and will be in court Friday.
Harris is charged with one count of murder and one count of aggravated vehicular hijacking, police said.
The 17-year-old is charged as a juvenile with one count of murder and one count of attempted aggravated battery, police said.

Keinika Carlton woke up from a nap Wednesday afternoon and noticed her dad was late. They were supposed to meet at 1:30 p.m. for an appointment, she said.
A while later, her older sister called to tell her she’d talked to police, and their dad was at the University of Chicago Medical Center. When she got to the hospital, Carlton was told her dad had died. ....
