An investigation by USA Track and Field into allegations of abuse against student-athletes by Saratoga Springs City School District and Kinetic Running Club coaches Art and Linda Kranick has concluded, according to the investigator on the case in an email sent to the lawyer representing Safe Athletics For Everyone (SAFE).
