And this building gave us electricity, throughout the building and the Beautiful Hotel , also some of the homes that were owned by mr. Bryant. This area is a campus of buildings that were built started in 1905. Most of the new river inn was finished in 1908. This property was purchased by brian who came in to put in the beds for the railroads. Brian came from an area about 200 miles north of here. It is now called new smyrna beach.
