The sale included 14 buildings on a 10.5-acre property at 190 Old Farms Road in Avon, as well as a house on a small lot surrounded by the storage property. The facility was sold by Avon Self-Storage LLC, based in Avon, to Trea SP IV Avon CT LLC, in a deal the town logged Jan. 3. The buying limited liability company shares a Salt Lake City address with Extra Storage Space, which describes itself as the second largest operator of self-storage facilities in the U.S.
