Kirksville City Council approves formal agreement to manage local bus services
The Kirksville City Council, at their April 15 regular meeting, approved an ordinance authorizing the city manager to execute an agreement for services with OATS, Inc. for Kirk Tran bus services. According to Assistant City Manager Ashely Young, the ordinance was necessary in order to keep the service running, which the city has done since assuming responsibility for managing the service last fall.
