The disgraced hollywood film producer, Harvey Weinstein, has had one of his Rape Convictions overturned. Judges at new Yorks Top Court said weinstein, who will remain in prison on separate sex offences, did not receive a fair trial in 2020. They said prosecutors were allowed to call witnesses whose accusations were not part of the charges against him. A lawyer who represented some of weinstein� s victims said the decision was a tragic step back.
