Waterloo regional police say officers found a man asleep at the wheel of a stolen vehicle in the middle of a Kitchener intersection on Monday morning.
Officers were initially dispatched to the intersection of Fischer-Hallman Road and Greenbrook Drive in the Forest Hill area after a multi-vehicle collision had been reported.
