The u. S. Officially went out of the inf treaty shows that the u. S. Had been planning this for a very long time and was trying to shift the blame for the demise of that treaty on russia. Now, Vladimir Putin today announced these new measures would take place. It was quite interesting because he actually made that announcement on russian state tv where he again ripped into the u. S. And then said he had told all ministries here in russia that are relevant, the Foreign Ministry but especially of course the Defense Ministry to come up whatt he called that comprehensive and symmetrical response. ...
