The long awaited Karns Food Truck Court had a busy soft opening Friday, April 9, but the wait isn’t over. Owners Scott and Karla Goins have a little more work to do with Knox County Codes Administration and Enforcement before a grand opening. “Today has been just wonderful. It’s been very busy,” said Karla Goins. "If today is any indication, we should do well in the community. That’s my hope anyway. I want to become an important part of the community where people can come to get good food and maybe hear a little music from time to time.
