MURRAY — A heated argument that started with one man making fun of another's vehicle ended violently when the vehicle owner shot and killed the other man, according to prosecutors. Patrick Koaneil Brown, 42, of Midvale, was charged Thursday in 3rd District Court with murder and two counts of discharging a firearm causing serious injury, both first-degree felonies; possession of a firearm by a restricted person, a second-degree felony; and discharge of a firearm, a third-degree felony. MURRAY — An alleged argument over a vehicle led to one man fatally shooting another in Murray on Wednesday, according to police. Patrick Koaneil Brown, 42, was booked into the Salt Lake County Jail for investigation of murder, three counts of aggravated assault, three counts of shooting in the direction of a person and being a restricted person in possession of a firearm.
