Exciting news for infants in Kossuth County | Kossuth County Advance
A new program, the Books for Babies Project, is being launched at your local libraries throughout Kossuth County. The focus of the project is to promote literacy for infants. A “special delivery” packet will be available to new parents in Kossuth County thanks to a grant received by the Kossuth County Library Association. The grant was offered by Early Childhood North Central Iowa.
