　　黑水村便民理发室的理发师潘月梅正在为71岁的村民苏玉秀理发。谈及村里的变化，潘月梅感触颇深。曾经的黑水村，由于缺少支柱产业，村民大都外出务工。如今的黑水村，是远近闻名的“乡村客厅”、网红旅游村。黑水村的变化，始于基层党建网格化的实践。

　　黑水村按照“茶余饭后可达，房前屋后兼顾”的原则，划小划细网格，将全村所有农户划分为13个网格，把管理变成服务。黑水村整合干部职能，由村两委成员担任网格长，通过支部和党员先进力量作用的发挥，为基层治理和乡村振兴提供了坚强保障。通过全面推进党建网格化管理、社会化服务，黑水村激活了当地实现乡村振兴� ....
