A Philadelphia man is facing federal charges for allegedly shooting a SWAT officer who was executing an arrest warrant at a Fairhill apartment building last February.
Kristian Reyes, 35, is facing charges after authorities say he fired multiple shots through a wall, striking a Philadelphia SWAT officer who was serving a search warrant. The officer was struck in his ballistic vest and was not seriously injured.
