The Repository Massillon voters who closely follow Washington High School football will see familiar names on the November election ballot. The Stark County Board of Elections on Monday voted to certify five nonpartisan candidates for the Nov. 2 ballot. Two of the candidates are a father and son who are both seeking to serve on Massillon City Council. They both were quarterbacks for Washington High.
