BSNL has lost 18 million subscribers alone in the fiscal year 2024. The latest industry data collated by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) shows that the telecom PSU lost nearly 2.3 million subscribers, limiting its user base to just 88.06 million in March 2024.
