Meiring earns Eagle Scout rank Staff report Osgood Eagle Scout Kurt Meiring stands beside one of the four newly installed plastic benches at Osgood Community Park. In addition to collecting over 800 pounds of plastic, Meiring dug the holes, made forms, poured stone and concrete for the 4-foot by 7-foot slabs, and raised over $1300 to help fund the project.
