KUALA LUMPUR: Employees Provident Fund unit Kwasa Land has appointed Adenan Md Yusof as its managing director, effective May 3, 2021.
Adenan replaces Mohamad Hafiz Kassim, who will remain on the board as head of the EPFs real esate investment department.
In his previous role, Adenan was group managing director at Amanah Raya Bhd.
He was also formerly chief operating officer at AmanahRaya-REIT Managers Sdn Bhd and vice chairman of the Malaysian REIT Managers Association as well as a member of its regulatory committee.
Before his tenure with Amanah Raya, he served in key positions including General Manager of KUB Malaysia Berhad, Group General Manager of Terengganu Incorporated Sdn Bhd and Vice President of Special Projects at UDA Holdings Berhad – roles where he helmed property investment portfolios and strategies. ....
