Burlington, IA- A longtime Burlington Firefighter and union leader has passed away. Burlington Firefighters local 301 on Friday, March 24th announced the passing of Ky Duttlinger. Duttlinger served as a Burlington firefighter for over 25 years, as well as president of the Local 301 Union. In an online post, the Local 301 union stated "There is no doubt he has positively influenced thousands of lives both locally and across the State of Iowa."
