Lloyd Joseph Welter “LJW”, 84, of Monticello, passed away peacefully on April 9, 2021, at Shady Rest Care Center in Cascade. Visitation will be held from 3 – 8 pm Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at Kramer Funeral Home in Monticello. Visitation will continue Wednesday from 9:30 – 10:30 am at the funeral home prior to Mass. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 am Wednesday, April 14, 2021, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Monticello. Rev. Paul Baldwin will officiate.
