Ryan N. Jacobs, born May 2, 1977, from Phoenix, AZ, passed away peacefully on November 20, 2022 (45 years old) in Las Vegas, NV with his devoted, loving and hopeful mother Donna (Chiappini) and daughter Kylee (Jacobs) by his side. Ryan commanded any room he was in. He was an avid reader, a philosopher of sorts, a metal band lover, loud, intelligent, loyal, funny and some times scary. Press Argus-Courier Alma City Officials prohibited the public recently from hearing discussions in a specially called meeting believed to be about Alma Mayor Jerry Martin. The city council called the special meeting Thursday, Feb. 4 to review a "personnel" issue, but did not list the mayor as the subject.
