Dec 10, 2020 ANDOVER — Five more residents of a local senior citizens home have died because of a COVID-19 outbreak there, raising the total number of deaths at the facility to 12, health officials said. The facility says, however, that increased  health and safety measures at the home are working because the spread is stopping.
