Wyoming Man Facing Federal Tax Fraud Charges A 49-year-old Farson man is facing several counts of tax evasion and failure to file federal income tax returns, according to a news release from the acting U.S. Attorney for Wyoming, L. Robert Murray. According to the release, Sean Thomas filed a Form W-4 falsely claiming withholding allowances between June of 2014 and at least 2018.
