Packages sent through the mail. i did so when i was in the fbi working backwards with u.s. postal inspection service in order to identify where certain devices would come. people think that, well, we just look at the return address or look at a label coding. it's a lot more sophisticated than that. i won't go into specifics, but i can tell you, the law enforcement officers are very good at what they do. and if these devices were indeed sent through the u.s. postal service, through some type of commercial delivery service, there is a level of sophistication there that i think in short order the...
