Thats right. A yougov poll in the times tomorrow suggests the conservative lead is now down to three points, 42 the conservative, 39 to labour. There is a dramatic tightening of the polls as far as yougov is concerned. But that is not being borne out in other polls. The icm poll in the guardian yesterday gave the conservatives a 12 point lead. I spoke to one senior Labour Source who said to me, we are clear that there is a pattern that the polls are tightening.
