Westminster couple welcomed their new bundle of joy on Jan. 2 Staff report GARDNER — A Westminster couple celebrated the start of the new year by welcoming a healthy and happy baby boy to the world at Heywood Hospital’s LaChance Maternity Center. Amber Gagne and Alexander Benincaso were the first parents to have a child in the local area at precisely 4:11 a.m. on Jan. 2. At birth, Noah James Benincaso was delivered weighing 7 pounds, 14 ounces, and was 19.75 inches long.
