SANDY — Home prices in Utah continued moving higher as the median sales price reached a record high of $405,000 in March, according to data compiled by the Utah Association of Realtors. That equates to a price increase of nearly 20%, compared to March of 2020 when the median home sales price was $338,000. In March of 2019, the median sales price in Utah was $305,000. KSL TV SPANISH FORK — A Utah ICU nurse has arrived home after nearly six months away from her family while she first battled COVID-19, and then recovered from a double lung transplant. "It's good to be home," said Jill Holker. She was greeted Friday by a cheering crowd of about two dozen family, friends and co-workers on the tarmac of the Spanish Fork Airport. Holker cared for sick COVID-19 patients at the beginning of the pandemic in the ICU at Utah Valley Hospital and then became a patient herself.
