Library programs offered in person, at home, and over the phone Moberly Monitor-Index Little Dixie Regional Libraries is excited to invite families with young children back into the libraries for storytime. These programs promote a vast vocabulary, early literacy, love of learning, socialization skills, and more with stories and songs that change weekly.
