"It's our first time hosting the event," said Hammer, who got involved during the first event in 2019 that took place at Ms. Newby's. "Each booth will have their own signature tequila drink and signature taco. We'll have tables all along the pavilion set up. It should be a lot of fun." Hammerhead Fred's won the "2019 Best Fish Taco in the Grand Lagoon" for its Wahoo Taco — two flour tortillas filled with blackened Wahoo, green cabbage slaw, cucumber guacamole and Sriracha aioli, which is always available on the restaurant menu. (Hammerhead Fred's will be open for business during Saturday's festival.) Their 2019 winning tequila cocktail, the Capoquila, was named after the drink's mixologist, Joey Capo.
