GIRLS BASKETBALL: Casey's late free throw helps Germantown Academy secure share of Inter-Ac title
PHILADELPHIA — Lauren Power only needed four letters to sum up her team Friday night. The Germantown Academy girls’ basketball coach didn’t need more than that, although it would have been warranted after the game the Patriots had with host Penn Charter. There was a lot on the line Friday and both teams certainly played like it. Isabella Casey’s free throw with 0.5 left gave GA a 63-62 win over Penn Charter, clinching at least a share of the Inter-Ac League title.
