The council agreed to develop Lakeside Park back in September. But, with continued opposition, and a last chance to end the agreement, the council decided tonight to continue moving forward. FOND DU LAC - City Council member Ben Giles has filed a civil suit against the city's Ethics Board, asking for a judicial review to reverse a decision made by the board last month that negatively affects him. The petition was filed March 1 in Fond du Lac County Circuit Court and will be heard by Judge Tricia Walker.
