Lakeway Police Chief Todd Radford submitted his resignation Friday afternoon effective June 7. Radford has been with the department since February 2007, according to city spokesperson Jarrod Wise.
The city of Lakeway will immediately begin a search to find a suitable replacement who will stay focused on the primary mission of our police department – to keep our community safe, and pursue the department’s vision to remain dedicated to unsurpassed safety and service, city officials said Friday evening in a statement. 
Wise said Friday that the city is not able to offer any additional information at this time since it is a personnel matter. ....
