Isaac Wade was the driver when he bolted from a traffic stop Monday in the 7200 block of North Racine Avenue, according to Chicago police. Wade then blew a red light at 74th Street and Racine and struck a Jeep, police said. The SUV then fatally struck a pedestrian, who was identified as 43-year-old Lakisel Thomas of Englewood.
