The Electoral Commission chairperson Justice Simon Byabakama has dismissed as baseless claims that polling stations whose results were not included in the final tally were opposition NUP party strongholds. The concern has been raised during a press briefing at the Commission head office in Kampala where Justice Byabakama revealed that 83 polling stations were affected due to incidents like ballot stuffing, and un-harmonized figures.
