A restaurant in downtown Sioux Falls is welcoming the warmer weather with an expanded patio. Chef Lance's on Phillips, at 431 N. Phillips Ave., has added six picnic tables on its back patio to accommodate customers this summer. The space sits up to 36 people on the patio, which also includes an awning, according to co-owner Jenny White. The patio is open the same hours as the restaurant and reservations cannot be made for the picnic tables.
