Werkstraf geëist tegen vrienden van slachtoffer fatale mishandeling in Enschede
Tom van der V. en Nick van H. uit Enschede hebben een werkstraf van honderd uur tegen zich horen eisen in de rechtbank van Almelo. De twee mannen van 21 jaar zouden twee mannen hebben mishandeld. Een van die mannen, een 25-jarige Enschedeër, is hoofdverdachte in de zaak rond de fatale mishandeling van Marco van der Kolk (26). Dat gebeurde in de nacht van 22 op 23 augustus 2020 in het centrum van Enschede. Hij overleed in het ziekenhuis. De 25-jarige staat later vanmiddag terecht voor de mishandeling van Van der Kolk.
