New developer set to build at Cleve Park in Thornbury
Sovereign Housing Association has acquired part of the land, off Morton Way, from Miller Homes. Landform Estates sold the 55-acre Cleve Park site to Miller Homes last year. The land will be turned into a 350-home development known as Cleve Wood. South Gloucestershire Council refused planning permission for the development in March 2017, and then launched a judicial review when the Planning Inspectorate Clive Hughes overruled its decision.
