COVID-19 knocked it down, but a new Med City restaurant scene is coming back As the COVID-19 pandemic is calming down, Rochester's restaurant scene is being rebuilt. He and his wife, Rosati's Authentic Chicago Pizza restaurant in a 1,600-square-foot spot between Hy-Vee and Barlow Plaza. The project is in its very early stages, so the Pattersons hope to be able open and start serving pizza within the next five to six months. Rosati’s is a family-owned, traditional Chicago-style pizza restaurant with thin, “Double Dough” and stuffed crust pizzas as well as its “World Famous Chicago Deep Dish.” The menu also includes pizza by the slice, sandwiches, pastas, salads and more.
