Pixabay WHEELING — A Moundsville woman is suing Wheeling Hospital alleging they are responsible for the death of her son. Deborah Markey filed the lawsuit as the administratrix of the estate of Larry Eddy III, who was 24 years old, against Wheeling Hospital and Tri-State Emergency Physicians, alleging that they were negligent in failing to diagnose him with an infection, which caused sepsis and Eddy’s death, according to a complaint filed in Ohio Circuit Court.
