in ukraine, and we're learning wagner forces have reportedly entered the far west russian city of rostock been done without resistance. those forces apparently rolled into the city, with tanks and a large amount of troops taking over the military and police headquarters as well as the city hall there. russia's military is responding by ramping up security in and around moscow. those measures are said to include roadblocks and checkpoints, and we haven't heard from russian president vladimir putin on the developments tonight but one of his top generals is telling wagner forces to stop...
