Lawyers to seek fitness evaluation of Green Beret accused in Rockford mass shooting
ROCKFORD — A lawyer for the U.S. Special Forces soldier accused in a mass shooting at Don Carter Lanes says she intends to seek the court's permission for mental health and fitness evaluations of her client. U.S. Army Sgt. 1st Class Duke Webb, 37, of Shalimar, Florida, was in Rockford visiting family including a brother or half brother who works as a part-time cook at Don Carter.
