Beaded moccasins confiscated from a Native boy at the Carlisle school more than 100 years ago finally return to their homelands.
Amos, a Sisseton Wahpeton Oyate boy who died at just 13 years old, was buried in the tribal repatriation cemetery on the Lake Traverse Reservation in South Dakota.
The agreement is "finally righting a wrong that was done to us so many years ago," said one Arapaho tribe member.
