CATLETTSBURG Grant monies are starting to flow in to help abate the flooding that has bedeviled southern Boyd County over the last two decades.
A state-funded grant request by the Muhlenberg County Fiscal Court to purchase weather sirens and radios was denied, Laurel Matula, director of ER Assist told magistrates at their June 2 meeting.
