Lieutenant Governor Visits Benton Harbor School
March 8, 2021 Students at Fair Plain East Elementary in Benton Harbor were paid a visit by Lieutenant Governor Garlin Gilchrist on Monday. He was there with the MDOT plow “Tiger,” which was named by students at the school as part of MDOT’s “Name MI Snowplow” program. Students in Roxane Gilbert’s fifth grade class chose the name after considering several possibilities.
