Briefs: Marion General earns top safety rating Marion Star Morral, health department awarded EPA funding MARION - Communities in Northwest Ohio are receiving more than $28 million in low-interest rate funding from the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency to improve wastewater and drinking water infrastructure and make other water quality improvements.
